What is FDM Fitness Training?
FDM Fitness Training (Fitness Assessment and Exercise Counselling) is a Reading based Personal Training Company run by me, Frazer Mott.

I provide Fitness Training 1:2:1 and in Groups across Reading, Pangbourne, Upper Basildon, Goring, Streatley, Moulsford and Hermitage. I lead and run all of my sessions rather than seeing them contracted out to 'paid by the hour coaches'. Knowing my clients allows me to offer them the best service, the best programming and the most fun possible.

FDM Fitness Training is for those that want to train to get fit, stay fit and live a fit life. All abilities are welcomed and encouraged.
